Copec has implemented an additional means of communication to the existing ones, called the Ethical Reporting Channel that has been made available to all workers, advisors, contractors, suppliers and third parties related to the Company to report facts or behaviors that can be qualified as crimes of Law No. 20,393 on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons, violations of the rules of Free Competition, Personal Data, or Environmental or internal policies and procedures related to these rules and in general any illegal act or conduct or that violates the values and principles established in the Code of Ethics.

This Channel is an external service developed and managed by Deloitte, an international auditing company, in order to provide a platform that ensures the confidentiality and anonymity of the whistleblower.

When you make a complaint, the system will give you the option to define an access password and will give you a Code. It is essential that you remember or write down both data, so that later, on this same site, you can consult about the status of your complaint and/or provide more background.
